What do I need to provide?

Regarding the event, you as the host will provide the alcohol, ice, and glassware if needed. Tragos Bartending will provide the mixers for the drinks, garnishes, and cups. Note that the sodas and water for the event will not be included in my services, however, they can be stored and distributed at the bar if the host would like.

Do you charge by the hour or event?

All events are not created equal. When it comes to the event, typically it will be charged for as an event and not by the hour, however, that is not set in stone and can vary depending on the event. Usually, we will agree on a price and duration for our team to be at your event in our consultation meeting and payment will be paid the day before the event.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We want to make sure we are adequately prepared to deliver top-notch service to your event. We ask that we book at least 2 weeks in advance as we need time to gather the items for the event as well as make sure we have the availability. The further in advance the better.

Do you only make drinks on the menu?

While we buy mixers and the host provides alcohol for the specific drinks on the menu, we are not bound to just the menu. It is entirely up to the host how they would like us to serve the party. Some hosts ask that we stick to the menu while others would like us to stick to it for half the event and then make drinks freely with what is available.
